To be dedicated solely on looking after our Fox terrier, Nelson
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Just to make sure Nelson gets his walks and a little love and care.
What are the good features of the property and location
We live in Old Colwyn Bay in a penthouse apt overlooking the sea and mountains. Lots of hikes and super walks right on our doorstep. The Great Orme is not far and the town of Llandudno
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
They need to be very dog friendly and love the outdoors. I am looking for a retired couple or single person who is active and will treat our house as though it's yours.

Room with a view
Fabulous house/dog sit in Old Colwyn Bay, North Wales. Wonderful host Mike and Hostess Stephanie. Plus loveable, funny, entertaining terrier Nelson. Great facilities and accommodation, everything catered for and always in communication for information and advice. Situated on cliff top face, overlooking Colwyn Bay, there was always something to see, be it the ever changing scenery out to sea or the general hustle and bustle of everyday life performing below. Fascinating entertainment from the Seagulls that were always flying past the windows either level to, or below us. Add to this the amazing Castles and Water falls within close proximity that make for lovely days out. North Wales is truly a beautiful part of the country and the coastline is on a par and in some cases superior to other more well known coastlines. I am so grateful for this experience to discover a previous unvisited and unappreciated part of the country. Will definitely be back in the Summer. Definitely recommend highly.

Memorable Dog Sit
We had a great time looking after Elliott, he was very easy to look after and is quite a character. Stephanie & family are very friendly and easy to get on with and invited us over prior to the actual house sit. Everything was clearly explained and they were always available if we had any queries. We would recommend this Home Owner.
