What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Mowing the lawn, watering gardens/lawn, berries and flowers, Cleaning pool filter and pool of debris, Feeding/Watering Ducks, Cats and Fish. Relax and enjoy the beautiful area.

What are the good features of the property and location

Large home on a quiet, private oasis on 2.6 acre lot with a year round creek and in ground pool. Many wineries nearby and U-pick berry farms.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must love animals and be willing to do keep garden growing and lawn mowed. Must not leave the house for extended period of time. 1 overnight is ok, but 2 is too long (the animals need fed)!
