What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of two cats and watering the plants. The appartement doesn't need a lot of maintenance, just leave it as clean as you found it.

What are the good features of the property and location

An apartment with two rooms and a large living room, sited in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, a nice neighborhood close to the center of Brussels. Freeway is easy to reach and public transport around the corner. A good base to visit Belgium, Netherlands and the north of France.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I like to meet the catsitter one day before I leave to show the apartment and hand over the keys.
The cats are a bit shy and easily scared, you need to be a calm person with patience and after a while they will come to you.
Of course you can visit this region but I would also like the sitter to give the cats some company.
