About this assignment

Looking for a single adult or couple who is responsible, dependable, and has experience taking care of cats. Non-smoker a MUST.
I have three cats -- Buttons and Cleo are 14. Oscar is 8. I am looking for someone who will feed them twice a day, change the litter when needed, and be sure they have clean water. The kitties love company, so if you are around, they will be happy to sit with you!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of my 3 cats and 1-br house while I'm traveling. As listed above, the person's primary responsibility would be to take care of the kitties. There is a local vet nearby if there are any problems, but I don't anticipate any. Keeping the house clean and bringing in the mail is also part of the plan. That being said, it's a small one bedroom house, so it isn't much work!

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet, beautiful property (with great views of the mountains and sunsets) on the NE side of Fort Collins in Colorado. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. 1 hr from Denver and the DEN international airport. 1 hr from Rocky Mountain National Park.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Please tell me about you -- and please have references that you can give me! YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN CAR. Driveway parking, no garage.
