My house ideal for someone who loves and has cats themself.
You treat my house with care and care about animals. House is shoes-off. NON-SMOKING house. Have a cat, no other animals allowed.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Ensure cat has water/food and at least some companionship (mostly evenings). My cat is very independent, no litter box, has outside access. My cat is a hunter and there is a chance he might leave leftovers, but it's rare.
What are the good features of the property and location
Quiet dirt street, 5min drive to downtown. 2br and 2baths. 100" projector setup for movies. Small private backyard. Safe neighborhood.
