They love a cuddle! They are very easy to look after and don't demand a lot of attention.
We are looking for a couple who are happy to look after our goats. You need to like living in the peace and quiet of the country. A car is essential and we do have an EV charger.
Generally, feeding our four, very friendly goats. They are very easy to look after, as long as they have hay and water, they're happy. No need to worry about the garden at this time of year but if you fancy a bit of weeding......we're not gonna stop you!
We are situated in a farming village so we have views at the front and back of our house. It's very peaceful and ideal for just relaxing. We are 700m from Germany, a 15 minute drive from Belgium and 30 minutes from Maastricht. You'll be staying in our new, ground floor, 2 bed apartment on the side of the house with a private garden and patio.
You will need a car. There's not much in the village if you want shops, however an 8 minute drive away is a shopping centre with everything you need. Not forgetting all the farmer's round here selling their goods.
No, sorry.
Testimonials
One house, three countries and five goats
Jo and JW are very nice people. They offered us an excellent dinner just before leaving for the airport. We had a perfect meal and lively conversation which continued when they came back. They trusted us to take care of five goats and it was really easy to do, easier than some dogs or even chickens. We had no problem with the comfortable big house and garden in a very quiet environment. It is also well situated very close from Germany and Belgium. Lovely Maastricht is just 30mn away. Communication is friendly and efficient. Normal with Jo as she is an expert in this field ;-) She also wears another hat in life and picture should help to find out!!! We would certainly house-sit for them again. We consider this place as... highly recommended! A bientôt Jo and JW
