I'll say it like the Germans like it ;-) in a nutshell: reliable, clean and the most important dog-friendly. And of course trustfull and honest.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

. We have a little Garden, only need to give some water to the plants and get the weed out, at the Moment no animals. Keine the house clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

A well maintained, renovated cortijo in a wonderful landscape overlooking the highest mountain of Spain on the mainland. The weather is not too hot in summer (we are at 1200m) and dry in winter and mostly sunny. It is half an hour by car to the beach, 1.5 hours to Granada, 2 hours to Malaga.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A dog hair allergy would be really bad :-)
You need your own car.and you have to pay for your heating in Winter ( wood/ Pellets) Power, water and Internet we will pay

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
