What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

17-year-old indoor cat, so litter-changing, feeding, meds twice a day. One goes in treats, the other in a pipette - Ninevah generally likes the liquid, but doesn't fight it if she isn't into it that day (She has managed conditions, but is not ill). Water bowls changed once every 2 days. I don't want her left alone overnight, please, but you can leave her for quite long periods as long as there's dry food and water out for her. Please give cuddles! She seems to have completely got over being shy with strangers.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great London area with David Tennant, Colin Firth, Phyllis (Downton Abbey) Logan local, lots of creatives.

Flat in a Victorian house conversion. Walk to the well-stocked High Road, river, local cinema, Tube. Bus goes into West End, huge shopping mall nearby,

Lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a stately home, as well as a theatre on the doorstep and others within walking distance.

Chiswick High Road has themed markets on most Sundays - Vintage, Cheese, Flower and Street-Food - and there's a Farmer's Market near the river every Sunday.

Usual Wifi, washing machine, heating, microwave, TVs etc.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My flat is on three floors, so stairs. It's a bit boho, I have lots of vintage items and do a lot of DIY. Cat has her own bathroom! Everything tends to be about Ninevah-cat, so she can perch and get around etc. She spends most of her days in the bedroom , sleeping and sometimes watching her little TV. She sleeps with me on the bed, of course, but has little beds and perching areas everywhere. She's a very mellow cat! Her vet is down the road.
