About this assignment

A responcible couple who love animals and gardening who will enjoy experiencing the French culture and are prepared look after the garden ,we have 3 cats and a very friendly dog . and a small pond of goldfish.
.Common sense is a must and love of animals and gardening .. The garden is simple as we have a watering system but depending on the weather there are pots that will need watering every couple of days , hoeing of weeds ,we will do them before we leave . we have a pool that will need a hoover and filter cleaned when needed and you can enjoy a nice swim .

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The dog and cats get fed twice a day and cuddled on demand ,Monty needs a walk ,and a fish pond which is on a timer for the pump but the fish need feeding every day .The garden and veg garden will need weeding and watering we have a watering system that needs turning on depending on the weather and the pots and also needs watering , again depending on the weather .We will weed and mow before we leave .No strimming needed . We have a very detailed list of how to care for all our animals and plants , mainly watering also contact numbers for vets plumbers electricians etc . We are very organized. If you love the countryside and animals this is for you .

What are the good features of the property and location

We are in the Tarn 25 minutes Albi, , 30 minutes from Cordes sur Ciel , 15 minutes from Carmaux that has 4 supermarkets and many more shop's, the market is on Friday . We are in a rural location so you have the best of both worlds plenty of culture ,sport beautiful countryside and a peaceful rural setting. You have your own large double bedroom en-suitebathroom , good internet , large well equipped kitchen separate dining room and sitting room . Outside there is a summer sitting room a shaded dining area beautiful gardens a pool and a fish pond which is on a timer for the pump but the fish need feeding every day .

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Can you cope in a french speaking country . Do you love cats and dogs .Do you know how to garden .You will need your own car . we do not accept children or other animals .
