Summer Sit in Cambridge - Cat/House Sit

About this assignment

I am looking for someone kind, trustworthy and who has a genuine love of cats. Definitely non smokers/vapers and you must already be in the United Kingdom, as air travel is much too unreliable.
Basil (17) is not hugely sociable, keeps himself to himself, but will come for a head scratch once he gets to know you, on the other hand, Jazz (13) will soon realise that you are in charge of the food situation and will reciprocate by giving you head butts and sitting on your knee. If he REALLY takes to you, you may find him asleep next to you in the morning!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

My house sitter's MOST important job will be to take care of my cats. Also to ensure my home is secure, look after my plants and generally just keep an eye on things. The boys let themselves into the house via the cat flap in the bay window. They both like company, hence the need for someone to be here rather than just a cat feeder.

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is in the centre of Cambridge - Walking distance to everything that Cambridge has to offer......museums, restaurants, theatres and shopping. I only have a small courtyard so no need to worry about too much gardening but I do have a number of pots that require watering.
The house has a large flat screen TV, fibre broadband and all the normal home comforts. It isn't a palace, just a normal sometimes untidy home.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Unfortunately, my home is unsuitable for children, apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.
