What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Look after fish in the pond ie. feed fish, clean pump and filter, ensure water in pond is full and any products needs to contain alge. Cut grass, weed gardens and pick fruit. Water house plants and maintin cleanliness of home inside and out.

What are the good features of the property and location

20 min. from Vernon. Lumby is a rural location and a quiet community. Gardens are not large and are very easy to maintain. House has air conditioning and a large covered deck with ceiling fans.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

responsible , respectful people, non smokers, not parties or quests not approve before we leave. no pets. Provide references and are bondable. Would expect the inside and outside of the home to be as we have left it.
