A house sitter who has cared for cats before and cares for the house and cats while I am away and out of town.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Care for the 3 cats (one is a foster). They have a dry auto feeder but once a day the foster and the Tabby get wet food. There is a automatic litter machine but it needs to have its bag changed every 3-4 days.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a house near downtown Denver in the popular Sunnyside neighborhood. The house is an old bungalow house where we occupy the top floor and there is a completely separate unit in the basement. . While staying here you would be staying on the top floor with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a front patio. There is a separate unit downstairs that has a separate entrance so you will have complete privacy the only thing that's shared is the washer and dryer, back door, and the back yard.

Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood with coffee shops and a few restaurants that are walking distance. The house is about a 10 minute Uber right to downtown and the super hip are of the Highlands.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Open on the dates, if you cannot do all the dates any portion of the open dates are helpful. The neighbors do help with watching the pets but we prefer someone stay at the house.
