What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Roméo is an old buddy, he needs attention. He is in good health conditions, checked by the vet. He's generally difficult with food but I have a long checklist of suggested food (all supplied and to be found in the house). A couple of friends who know Roméo well live nearby and can help in case.
