happy people, looking to get off grid. you will get a good feel for it at my place. you must have a car. the smallholding is 3 kms down a track.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To do basic gardening, watering, weeding etc. looking after the pool. Keep the place clean and looking good. Keep an eye on all the various off grid systems and let me know when things go wrong.

What are the good features of the property and location

very very private.
biological swimming pool.
everything you need to live well. washing machine, hot water. fridge frezzer, cooking equipment.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

can you live with no neighbours. no traffic noises, lots of wildlife. i can't see anything not to like. so please ask if you have any questions.
