About this assignment

We are looking for a mature, experienced, responsible and caring house and dog sitter who will take care of our 3.5 year old Yorkie. No smoking inside or on the balcony or in the front of the building. No drugs. Someone who is loving, organized and tidy.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The housesitter will need to walk our yorkie 3 to 4 times daily and feed her twice daily.Our yorkie will require daily allergy meds They will also need to keep our condo clean and send us texts and pictures.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have beautiful water views from our balcony and master bedroom.
We are only an 8 minutes drive to the beach and walking distance to a beautiful park.
We are in a gated community. We have a pool, gym,,tennis and pickle board courts, a dock, fishing and kayaking.
We are centrally located to restaurants and shops, museums and, art galleries.
We have good cable and wifi.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will need a car.we also have Ubers and Lyfts.
