A responsible individual or couple that will care for our dog and our home. Preference given to retired couples but will consider mature younger folks.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding and caring for our beloved dog each day will be the primary responsibility. There may also be some some light yard and pool maintenance required, but overall it will be a relatively easy housesit.

What are the good features of the property and location

Large luxury home in a safe, quiet, walkable affluent neighborhood. Virtually any restaurant or store you can think of is no further than 5 miles away.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Weather in October is generally wonderful...pleasant days and cool nights. First consideration will be given to those that have some handyman skills just in case there are minor problems that need fixing.
