Catloving housesitter needed for 19 days in Portland Oregon Area

About this assignment

I would like a couple or a single person who has had experience with cats and knows how to care for them. I need someone who is comfortable with administering one small pill twice to Grayson. It is easy to administer this pill to him.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main duties will be to care for my 5 well-behaved, younger cats, Grayson (5yo MH Grey male), Luna, (4yo MH Dilute tortie female), Coco (3yo MH blk/wht tuxedo female), Ajax (3yo SH Grey/wht tuxedo male) and Jasmine (2yo SH siamese mix). They are fed canned food twice daily and get "treats" a couple times daily as well. They like to play and appreciate attention from time to time during the day. They also like to be brushed a couple times/week.
There are bird feeders to mind, plus daily sprinkling of peanuts and seed for the squirrels and birds.
There are houseplants and potted plants outside that need watering weekly.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house is located in a nice, safe neighborhood in Beaverton, Oregon. Seasonally there may be some outdoor watering of the garden.
Beaverton is a suburb just west of Portland, Oregon. The house is walking distance to several parks and walking trails and it is a short drive or bus ride to the MAX light rail which makes traveling to central Portland convenient. It is a 15-30 minute drive or a 30 minute train ride to Portland city center.
The house is a light and airy, two-level house on a cul de sac in a safe, well-established neighborhood with many mature trees and accompanying birds & squirrels. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Just a half block away is a paved walking/bike riding trail, which spans about 10 miles north-south along the Tualatin Valley. In addition, there are several parks within a mile or so. Restaurants, groceries, and other shopping are also readily available within a couple miles distance. The guestroom/guestbath is on the first floor of this two story house. All other bedrooms/bathrooms are on the second floor. We are fully vaccinated & boosted and are a covid and other communicable disease-conscious household.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Do you like cats? Will you have time to spend with the cats, especially in the evening? These cats are not particularly "needy", but they do enjoy human company. Do comfortable with administering one small pill twice to Grayson? It is easy to administer this pill to him.

Yes
Restrictions: One cat. No dogs.
