About this assignment

Someone who likes the peace and quiet, beaches and swimming. Animal lover for very gentle 2 dogs and 1 cat. Small island with very friendly locals. On a bus route.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To feed 2 dogs and 1 cat once a day. Will show how to make their food. Walk on the beach every morning, with them (absolutely beautiful). Keep house clean and tidy. /will show the sitter the ropes so to arrive before I leave. To water plants, we hopefully will be out of dry season, so the rain will do them good. To leave second bedroom untouched. Unfortunately, no overnight visitors.

What are the good features of the property and location

Live in the downstairs of a house, nothing fancy but with basics of Microwave, Fridge, Gas stove, Fans and own bedroom with double bed, Shower (no hot water), toilet .I rent but the Owners reside overseas and do not come out here, so have whole garden and house to yourself. 1 min Walk to Paradise Beach. On a bus route to town of Hillsborough or to Tyrell Bay. Slight noise from School children, but otherwise lovely enclosed yard. Have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Will introduce sitters to people living on island who can help them with anything they have need of.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

If they can stay the full duration of 2 months. There is a landlord, so will inform owners and him about the sitter. Any medications or unusual items they need, to bring with them as restricted for availability. Have to catch Ferry or small plane from Grenada to Carriacou. Will have manageress in my Cafe which might have to access the Freezer in the house for supplies.
