Sweet elderly Maine Coon needs a sitter in May on the California coast

About this assignment

We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with an aging cat, has experience in housesitting, clean and good at communication. We would like to meet before either in person or over a video call.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Our cat Nala needs medication every other day, and to be fed twice daily. She has stomach cancer and is doing great on the meds but she sleeps a lot, she is a very easy pet. Lately she needs assistance by being carried to her litter box. Her ability to walk is unfortunately declining.
So this is a house sitting experience requires a bit more care and assistance as a usual one.
We have a a front and backyard that are very low maintenance during winter, so maybe light watering of plants twice a week if it is sunny.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a four bedroom house, two bedrooms and two home offices. We live in the beautiful coastal town of Half Moon Bay and our house is across the street from the ocean. We have bikes that can be borrowed and there are miles of bike and hiking trails in the area. Half Moon Bay has a cute downtown with lots of boutiques and restaurants.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are just looking for someone who loves cats, is reliable and clean. Also, we would prefer that the house sitter not have guests over if possible.
