He is a gentle and loving older dog who requires two daily walks. The air park path is just outside the door, as is a path to walk into downtown Courtenay.

I’m looking for a kind soul or souls who will treat my dog with love and respect while I am away. This kind soul will also appreciate easy access to the charms of downtown Courtenay and the estuary; if you have a car, you can explore the hiking trails and beaches that are outside of walking distance. Bicycling is good too. I imagine that someone who wants a self-contained unit with a nice dog in a nice location for a one-month writing or artist retreat might appreciate this space.
I’m looking for a single person or couple to after my 10 year old dog while I gallivant off to Europe for a month. Also, housesit my condo in the Comox Valley, close to the estuary and downtown Courtenay. Really, all you have to do is walk the dog twice a day, feed and water him, treat him like the kind and gentle soul that he is, and enjoy the paths, trails and beaches in the vicinity.
The main floor of the condo is an artist studio with great light, close to the river, air park, and downtown Courtenay. Suitable for one person or a couple, but not large enough for children. Main floor is artist studio with kitchen at one end (I’ll clear my art stuff away so you can use the art space if you are an artist), tiny bedroom, bathroom, stacked washer and dryer; loft living room with cable TV. Wifi. If you don’t have a car, the bus is right outside the door.
My dog needs to be walked at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. This is a condo, so no back yard to rely on for outside time. The condo does not have a balcony, but there is a shared outdoor space at the other end of the hall. Condo is on top floor of three story building; bottom two floors are commercial. Condo situated on busy Main Street, but street noise not disruptive unless you are accustomed to the deep, dark woods.
