About this assignment
Responsible, reliable, mature, non-smoking person or couple to stay in my house for 3 weeks. I have no pets at this time, but would love to find someone who is willing to keep the garden and houseplants alive. Need references.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Take care of home, do some minimal watering of house plants and in the garden (if it doesn't rain), fill bird feeders, collect mail and keep the home and property safe and in good order.
What are the good features of the property and location
3-bedroom, 2 bath suburban house in a quiet neighborhood. Has a guest house in the back and large yard. Located in Bellevue (walking distance to Newcastle), Washington, about 20 minutes by bus or car to Seattle. Great location, close to freeways.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Need someone for the whole 3 weeks; would prefer to have them come a day or two before I depart (you can stay in the guest house).
Can I bring my own pets?
Yes
Restrictions: Dogs need to be well-behaved so as not to destroy flower beds
