What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding Monk 2x a day, cleaning cat boxes and just general cleaning up after yourself.
Monk is healthy so no medication or anything extra, just basic cat care.

What are the good features of the property and location

I am very close to downtown Asheville. You can easily get around to explore Asheville.
I have a washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, WIFI, TV (Disney+/Hulu), beautiful deck. huge living area and a mini kitchen. I do a lot of cooking but it's not a full size oven.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I live in the bottom half of a gorgeous house on top of a mountain. The views are stunning. I have a huge deck to enjoy the view as well. There's a lot to do here in Asheville and Monk is an indoor cat. He likes to play and loves a lap.
