A person who is dependable, reliable, and mature, who has experience and understands what dogs and cats require and is clean. We want someone who will be happy staying in our lovely home several times a year - We live in a rural setting but within 5 miles of a grocery store and the interstate. What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Arthur is a big collie dog who needs walking several times per day, there is also some watering needed weekly. Arthur eats twice a day and can only have the food provided as he has allergies and a sensitive stomach. Directions must be followed, Need a mature person who is clean and can follow directions.

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet, peaceful, safe, natural beauty, a river, gardens, trout fishing yet within 3 miles of the interstate and a small town with grocery and restaurants. 20 miles from Asheville, NC, a busy city with lots of action.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
