About this assignment
I'm looking for a pet sitter/catsitter for my affectionate and often hilarious 16 lb cat. This is a very low-maintenance gig. I live in a nice 3-bedroom home in a peaceful Corte Madera neighborhood in Marin County.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Not much! He has an automatic feeder you’d just need to refill once or twice.
I would want you to spend the nights here but you can come and go as you wish other than that.
What are the good features of the property and location
Cozy 3-bedroom home in magnificent Marin County (Corte Madera). Popular biking and hiking areas are right out your door. Great location in Central Marin and only 15-20 minutes to San Francisco.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Wonderful place
I stayed at Susanna's place for 10 days, watching her cat Cashew. Cashew is very sweet and friendly (rather heavy when he sits on you ...) and it is no bother at all to take care of him. The place is great, very pleasant and comfortable, easy to operate, with parking, wonderful scenery and hiking opportunities (Ring mountain in a walking distance from the house). I treated it as a writing retreat and it was perfect for that purpose, wrote all day, then went on a hike. 30 minutes drive to San Francisco. Recommended!
