Must have transport as I live in a small village with very little public transport. Must be reliable and take care of my property and keep in contact.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walking dog twice daily. Keeping house clean and tidy. Feeding chickens (2) and collecting eggs (not many in November). Watering plants in house as needed.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live quite rurally and opposite my house in Dartmoor with endless walks. I am also only half an hour from a beach. Plymouth city is 10 miles away. My house is comfortable with a garden and three bedrooms.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I live in a small village but there is no shop so it's necessary to drive 3 miles to nearest shop. I do not have a TV but do have netflix , amazon prime videos if you can bring a computer.

Can I bring my own pets?
