An active, responsible non-smoker who loves cats and enjoys hiking, biking, snowshoeing. Someone who likes the country but still wants to be close to a big city.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Care, feeding and cuddling of cats. Taking out garbage/recycling. Shoveling the walkway in the winter. Keeping the house clean and tidy. Watering three plants every couple of weeks.

What are the good features of the property and location

Modern bungalow on a 3/4 acre lot. It's like living in the country but the big city is 5 minutes away. We have a home gym, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and dart board. Full workshop as well. Close to hiking and biking trails, skiing, pickleball, gyms etc.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Above all, they should love cats and have experience taking care of cats. Be non-smokers, Clean and responsible and know how to care for a house and property.
