About this assignment
We want someone who is reliable, honest, and leaves our cat and house in good condition. We would also like someone trust worthy as leaving our cat and house in someone else's care is a bit scary. B
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
We are looking for someone who will give our cat, Salem, lots of pets (when she'll stay still for it ????) all cats think they're queens. To keep her feed and watered as well as to scoop the litter box daily. Water the plants.All the while leaving the house in a clean state from their stay.
What are the good features of the property and location
We're in the desirable Williamsburg Orlando area. We are about 15- 20 minutes from Disney. Sea World and Epic Universe is about 5 minutes away and International Drive 7. Our TV has Amazon Prime, MAX, Paramount Plus, Disney, and & Netflix. Our backyard has a little canal and we have a few fishing reels.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We are looking for someone who ideally could do the full time, but will consider partial time as well.
Buses are about 30 min walk away so a car would be handy, although Publix and restaurants are about 10-15 minute walk.
Can I bring my own pets?
No, sorry.

Bright, comfortable home and low-maintenance cat.
Jada and Christian have a lovely, bright, comfortable home and gave us a warm welcome with an offer of cinnamon buns. Jada gave us a tour and pointed out everything we needed to know for the sit. Salem is an adorable and low-maintenance cat. She hid out under their bed the first few days and eventually got brave enough to walk "nonchalantly" by us as we sat on the couch. Speaking of beds, the mattress in the guest room was AMAZING. The best sleep I've had in a long time. The neighborhood was very peaceful with a canal out back with lovely birds. We even spotted a small alligator each morning. Though the Orlando theme parks are very close, we were happy to just enjoy their comfortable home and the nature out back.

Great Home and sweet kitty
This was a very easy assignment from start to finish. Jada was very easy to talk to and helpful. Communication was easy and effective. Salem the cat is shy but adorable and very easy to take care of. You would not even know a cat was in the house lol. A lovely and comfortable home in a great area. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this house and cat sit and would gladly return.

Cat sitting
My daughter and I had the pleasure to pet sit a princess! Salem is a shy cat at first but after 1 day she were very close to us and she even slept on the bed with me. The location is perfect in Orlando close to Universal studios and Disneys. The apartment is tidy and very nice, we loved spending time there. We would defently come again to take care of Salem.
