What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We are seeking a house sitter for 16 days, beginning August 30th to September 15th. Responsibilities include caring for 3 indoor/outdoor cats, some plant watering, and replenishing outdoor bird feeders.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is located on 70+ private acres just 35 minutes from downtown Columbia, SC. We're less than 2 hours from downtown Charleston, SC, and less than 3 hours from Asheville, NC.
Our property includes a completely private 8-acre pond with a small dock, plus hiking trails within and beyond our secluded pine/hardwood forest. The house is spacious with lots of glass and beautiful views. It features 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a full dining room, 2 sitting (living) rooms, 2 office spaces, and a laundry room. We have a huge back patio with a large dining table and a large front porch overlooking the pond. The pond, at its deepest, is 16 feet and nice for swimming in the summer months. It is stocked with bass and bream.
Our 3 house cats use a cat door to come and go at their leisure during daylight hours. They are kept inside at night.
Common wildlife sightings include deer, raccoons, possums, wild turkeys, and visiting waterfowl.
The home has high-speed fiber optic cable, satellite TV, a whole-house generator (in case of power failure), and a fully functional security system.
During the summer months, our vegetable garden produces organic tomatoes, assorted peppers, Asian eggplants, squash, beets, etc., that you are encouraged to harvest for your enjoyment. It has a fully automated watering system.
We maintain several hummingbird feeders and bird feeders that are kept filled during the summer months.
Non-local house-sitters are offered the use of one of our vehicles.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

If you enjoy nature and solitude, this is the sit for you! Our property (75 acres) is full of wildlife and includes a large and completely private deepwater pond with a dock. Our half-mile-long driveway winds through the woods; we often see white-tail deer as we drive in and out. The house has many large windows, with no curtains to obscure the view. House sitters can use one of our vehicles if needed.
