About this assignment

Someone to live in the house while we are away. The area we live in is very quiet in a 4-bedroom home.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The outside gardens are all on automatic sprinklers, however, there are about 10 plants that need to be watered by hand. Also, we have lots of indoor plants which will need watering once a week.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a flat, wooded area; our house has very few stairs. Our yard is 1/2 acre with walking paths, low maintenance.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Having a car is essential; we are within 1/2 mile from a few stores but one must drive to go to the main shopping centers. Local busses are not very reliable.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
