Pet/house sitter in New Kent, Virginia

About this assignment

I am looking for someone dedicated to Lola, my standard poodle.
It goes without saying, this person must be trustworthy and honest.
I would also like someone to be mindful of the electric and heating/A/C.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Lola is easy to take care of; walk her 3-4 times a day and a little play with the ball would be appreciated. She has no bad habits and really loves people.
Water a few plants.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is located in a new development. All appliances are updated and new. The grocery is approximately 5 miles away. There is a golf course and winery within 3 miles. Neighbor's are friendly. The club house has many activities, including happy hour, byob, every Friday.
New Kent is 30 minutes from Williamsburg where the college of William and Mary is located as well as James Town, located in the historic triangle. Outlet shopping is located here. The capital, Richmond, is 30 min. the other side of New Kent.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are going out of the country, so if you say "yes," please mean it and show up. This is a relatively easy house sit.

Can I bring my own pets?
