Devyn Dog in Andalusian House with stunning Sea views

About this assignment

We need Devyn (and our home) to be loved and cared for during January, February, March and part April 2026. We are going on a long journey.
Devyn is 14 years old, we need to be sure that someone will love and care for him. He is healthy, but is anxious and needs good company.
We need you to be his best friend for the three months.
Our house is very beautiful with stunning views of the Mediterranean and towns and countryside. Devyn loves it here and maybe you will too.
We are seeking a couple or single person (we can not accommodate your pets), that can commit for this long period, be loving and kind to Devyn, our home and the environment.
We can be slightly flexible with the date. We are away for the whole period but we may be able to make arrangements for a few days at the beginning or end.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

1. Love and care for Devyn. Take him on short walks locally and involve him in your life. He can not be left on his own for more that three hours
2. Keep the house clean, aired and manage any problems that arise (none usually)
3. Care for the environment and precious resources in and out the house.

What are the good features of the property and location

1. Vast views of the Mediterranean, towns and countryside from every room and terrace.
2. About 1.5km from Bedar; small supermarket , cafes, bars, pharmacy, bank.
3. Fifteen to Twenty minutes drive to wonderful beaches and towns
4. Spacious, quiet house. Your own en-suite, modern kitchen etc
5. Good Wi-Fi
6. TV with access to international channels and movies and series.
7. A car may be available
8. Our daughter and her family live a few miles away.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our house is a nice hilly walk to the town, but it is own although other that a few houses that are 100m or so away
Devyn needs are simple (he sleeps lots), he can be a fussy eater and will need encouragement
In the winter months tgere is likely to be an occasional short power outage. The climate chart is how it is - during these months it will be 16/18 during the day(some days cooler, some hotter). Clear skies all day are normal.
