Live in the house
Take care of my dog (feed, walk, groom) and cat (feed)
Feed the fish and make sure tanks is clean.
Keep the house as clean as it was upon arrival.

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet, country setting, right in the middle between major towns Durham, Greensboro, Chapel Hill and Hillsborough - close to universities and hospitals. Mebane has nice amenities, bars, coffee shops, antique stores, a factory outlet, Walmart, all the fast foods and some nice local restaurants.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

They must be financially self sufficient, this is a must. They must have a place to go when this is over. They must warn owner about all visits. Also I appreciate if you ask as many questions as possible to avoid surprises. I speak Spanish, just in case..
