About this assignment
We are looking for someone to stay in our country house for a a few weeks while we are away from mid August to mid September. While we are away you will be expected to look after the property and garden (watering). People that love the countryside and all it has to offer to the front. We are located 4km Serta in a village called Passaria so having a drivers licence and a car is esential. The house has starlink internet so would suit people that work remotely.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Look after and water the garden.
Be vigilant and practical to help with any arising issues.
Generally keep the place looking nice.
Maintain good communication.
Keep the place looking tidy.
What are the good features of the property and location
In 4,000 square metres of land with a beautiful terraced landscape.
High speed Internet
Fully equipped with mod cons.
Plenty of space.
Close to a big Town, 4km.
Quiet and tranquil surroundings.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Should be comfortable living in the countryside.
Should be relaxed and not party animals.
Looking for a 2-3 week placement.
Myst be relatively fit and able.
Drivers licence and vehicle.
Can I bring my own pets?
