About this assignment
Someone who will enjoy the many surrounding activities in return for caring for my kitty. Must be respectful of property and willing to commit to the entire time.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Mainly I need my cat fed and the litter cleaned occasionally. Goober is an indoor/outdoor cat and still a little kitten-like..
Indoor and outdoor plants will need daily watering.
What are the good features of the property and location
Central location to hop off to Napa wine country for the day, Monterrey, San Francisco. Close to Tahoe for an overnighter. Many local trailheads in walking distance from the front door that lead into Shell Ridge and Mount Diablo.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
This house is in a residential neighborhood. You will need a vehicle to get around. I do have 2 bikes that can be used. The nearest shopping is 2.5 miles away on bikeable roads, but you would need to be a strong biker to handle the hills!

Merci à Janice de nous avoir fait confiance pour venir garder ses deux "boys" dans sa jolie maison malgré notre anglais très limité. Nous avions beaucoup communiqué par mail avant de faire ce gardiennage. Cela nous a permis de nous découvrir, de connaître nos habitudes de vie, d'établir une confiance réciproque. Nous avons adoré nous occuper des deux chats (ce sont eux les "boys" de Janice). Deux chats très différents dans leur caractère et leur comportement mais si câlins tous les deux ! La maison est dans un quartier très agréable, les voisins sont charmants. Si vous avez comme nous envie de connaître San Francisco et ses alentours, n'hésitez pas !
