What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
You have only to feed my cats, to clean the litters. I live in a little village, but from here you can go for a day trip to Rome, Pisa, Siena, Florence and other cities...
What are the good features of the property and location
Apartment of 90 square meters in Campagnatico , near Grosseto. Comfortable house,three floors. Surrounded by nature , the activities of choice are horseback riding, hiking and biking.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The village is on the hills, 30 minutes from sea coast,30 from all medieval villages, free thermal baths. You need a CAR because public transport are not so good.
Can I bring my own pets?

Fairy-tale Tuscan village
Giulia and her family were amazing hosts, we really enjoyed meeting them. They gave us a lot of great tips regarding cool places to visit, best beaches and the local food festivals, sagras. They were willing to help us every time we had a question or problem to be solved. They also made sure we felt in their town like home. Scansano really is a beautiful place to stay, especially if you like evening walks around a picturesque Tuscan village, good food and tasting the local Morellino wine. Nearby are plenty similarly charming Tuscan towns and even a natural spa, so there is always somewhere you can go to. That said, having a car is a must. It takes around 45m drive (it felt twice as far in August, with temperatures over 40°C) to get to the beaches, the city of Grosetto or any proper supermarket. Finally, we have to mention the wonderful view from one of the many balconies this apartment has, to enjoy with the evening wine and of course the ever playful kitty, Morgana. She might look fierce, but it's all just an act. It took only few hours since she met us to jump into our bed and fall asleep next to us. Want to get in her good books? Bring feathers from the daytrips as gifts.
