I would like someone who loves and is good at giving care to my animals and who would enjoy staying in this lovely San Miguel de Allende home.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have two sweet little sister kittens. They would need to be fed twice daily and of course kept from going outside of the house. The house has plenty of space for them to run around. I change their litter box once a day or if not needed once every day and a half.

What are the good features of the property and location

It's a beautiful, large house. It has a master bedroom on the ground floor. The living space is large and comfortable with beautiful outdoor spaces including a large planted backyard.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There's really nothing in particular that I can think of for a potential house sitter to consider at this stage. I would like to hear from people who are interested.
