About this assignment
Who wants a rural location in traditional Spain .1.5 kilometers from Rociana del Condado,Huelva .Is happy with dogs(20 birds,fish (tropical inside ).Not suitable for young children.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed animals ,garden is very large so no walking needed.just generally keep the house occupied but you are not tied to not going out.
What are the good features of the property and location
In a traditional area . . Mains electric,wi-fi,tv,.
Well furnished.
Semi Secluded but not isolated. There are neighbours close by
Large garden .
Ideal for walking or Biking(mountain bikes ideal.)would need your own..
Above ground pool.
Beach 45mins away.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The house is 1.5 kilometers down an un- tarmacked road but is a solid surface not sand,is always drivable. Water is from a large clean well,
Can I bring my own pets?
