has to be home at night and water the plants in greenhouse ,and should be a handy garden lover.and,as mentioned before,this is a birding hotspot.
so it is an ornithologists dream.....:)
no pets!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

to be there at night,to keep the house clean,rake the lawn parts.
communicate eventual problems with me on teams,and/or communicate with a close by friend in the area.

What are the good features of the property and location

artistic house w roofed pateos all around and paradise garden with fantastic birdwatching experience right on the spot
good internet
lots of free nature walks,fincas and waterfalls

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

it is 2.7 km from the little town of Agua.Buena,coto brus.,where one gets supermarkets ,phone shop,pharmacy
bakeries,restaurants ,busses.
regular bus service in front of house.
need really be in house at night
there may be a little variable in the dates
