About this assignment
Hello! We're looking for a cat sitter who has experience looking after cats and enjoys their company. We'd like someone who's responsible, communicative, and who sends me pictures and videos of the cats. The ideal sitter would be 30+ years old or a couple.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Shiva is a calm 13-year-old cat, very well-behaved and easy to look after. She likes it when you talk to her and brush her but is quite independent and shy at first. Billy is 2 years old and craves more attention and playtime, so be ready to make him jump and run with his toys. Just be careful not to lock him up or squash him under the sofa, etc. They have breakfast around 8 am and dinner around 18.30 hr. Besides feeding the cats, you'll have to scoop poop from the litter box daily and change their water every 2 days.
What are the good features of the property and location
Unbeatable views of the City of Arts and Science, fully equipped kitchen, with high speed wifi and Chromecast, large bed, and every comfort you might need. Amazing terrace and breathtaking views. Concierge 24/7. There's a supermarket in the same building. Very close to Ruzafa, Cánovas, and Cabañal neighborhoods, and a short bus or bicycle ride to the city center.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The sitter has to be home around 8 am and in the evening (6.30 pm) for dinner. You can also separate the cats and feed them earlier if you’re going out and won’t be back home by 6:30pm. Once you apply, we'll arrange a Zoom or WhatsApp video call where I'll show you the apartment, we’ll get to know each other, and answer any questions you may have. If we decide to move forward I'll ask you for your ID and LinkedIn + Facebook or any social media. I hope this is ok, as we’ll be entrusting you with our home and our babies.

A wonderful week
1 it was a real pleasure meeting Claudia and her husband . They very likeable and very easy people to get on with. They made us feel at home from the first moment we met . Their babies are adorable , Both unique and very well behaved, Billy is a lovable Rascal, very playful and loves lot of fuss , kept me amused for hours. Shiva is a bit reserved and it took a couple of days to get a little more familiar with her. It was a pleasure to have their company and share the week with them. Claudia's beautiful apartment has a large patio/ balcony with possibly the best views in Valencia. Wonderful homeowners and cats
I really enjoyed meeting Claudia and her husband, they are a wonderful young people. Shiva and Billy are adorable cats, specially a teenager Billy, wild kitten that keeps you entertained all day, all nigh long. Not to mention the location with the most spectacular view of Valencia. I'll be happy to come back any time.

What a wonderful experience
I can describe how welcoming and wonderful experience was to meet Claudia and stay for a month with her two fur-babies Peanut and Shiva. They were adorable and so easy to take care of. Claudia and her has and welcomed me with open arms and even introduced me to some of their friends. She make sure I have everything I would need and wrote a list of recommendation for things to visit and how to get there. Their apartment was in prime location to enjoy some of the festival fireworks. The view from the balcony was to die for. The plants might look a lot at first but they are required very little yet so rewording with their constant blooming. If you ever have a chance to stay at Claudia’s place do not hesitate. I hope we can meet again xxx

Great Terrace with a view and two lovely cats
My experience in this assignment was really amazing. Claudia and her husband were very friendly and made me feel at home from the first moment I arrived. They provided clear and precise instructions on the care of their pets, as well as the maintenance of their apartment. Their place is a real gem with a large terrace full of well-kept plants and a wide view of the city. This terrace was a nice and tidy place, ideal for working remotely, reading books, playing with the cats and of course having coffee every morning! Shiba and Peanuts, two charming and well behaved cats, slept most of the time and only at the end of the day would they come out to join me on the terrace to play. I have to say they were very easy on me! It was one of the best experiences and I hope to repeat it one day! Thanks Claudia!!

I had a very nice time taking care of Peanut and Shiva! They are adorable! Peanut is very playful and Shiva is calmer! Claudia gave me all the necessary instructions and she was very nice, always available for any questions. The apartment has a very nice view and is very well located having a supermarket just at the building entrance. I sure recommend this pet sitting. I already miss Shiva and Peanut! :)
