Someone to feed, watch and be affectionate with my 2 fur babies, water a few plants, take in the mail.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed the cats. Clean the litter boxes. *They are indoor only now since there have been far too many coyote sightings. Must keep front and back door closed. We need mail taken in and a few plants watered and recycling.
What are the good features of the property and location
We are about a 35 minute walk to beach. We have a pool, hot tub and a sauna downstairs. Good wifi, many stations on tv, comfy beds.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
No cigarettes, loud parties, food near sofa. Clean and respectful of personal items.
Can I bring my own pets?
No, sorry.

Santa Monica Cat Sit
This was such a great gig! Sweet house with a terrific pool and backyard, near everything you could possibly want to see in LA! The cats were very sweet, low maintenance, and definitely warmed up to me within a few days. And they are both VERY photogenic. :) Barbara ("don't call me Barbie!") and Bruce were easygoing, very friendly, communicative and generous. I would definitely do this gig again if I get the chance. Lovely family, beautiful house, fun cats
Barbara and Bruce made me feel right at home from the very beginning. They had me arrive the evening before their departure so they were able to show me around and explain everything in detail. They also left clear notes and instructions for both the cats and the house. Bodhi and Jenny were a pleasure to care for and fun to get to know. Barbara and Bruce were in touch during their trip and were great to sit for - I would gladly watch Bodhi and Jenny for them again should the opportunity arise!
