What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
We have three cats and two smaller dogs. One or two would like a walk in the morning. They all eat three times a day. There may be medications.
What are the good features of the property and location
Our house is just a couple of miles from the Las Vegas Strip. There are tons of restaurants and bars in the area. There is a pool and hot tub in the back yard. It's in a quiet, safe, historical neighborhood.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Enjoy some time in Las Vegas! There is ALWAYS something going on! It's a short drive to Mt. Charleston, the Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, etc.
Can I bring my own pets?

Delightful!
I had a lovely time taking care of Paula and Jay's home and sweetest crew. Bambi and Buster were cuddly and playful, sleeping with me most evenings. Kitty, Kiki, and Sammy were easygoing and kept a lot to themselves, but Sammy enjoys outdoor adventures and plays with the dogs! The routines were simple, and the homeowners were available and communicative when needed. The location was great, although the weather at the time did not allow for much of a beach visit! All around, enjoyed being cozy indoors. Thanks so much!

Great house/Pett sitting
Had a wonderful time with 3 cats, Sammy, Kitten, KiKi and 2 dogs, Bambi and Buster. Great location a few blocks from the beach and lots of restaurants. John and Judy are awesome. They were super friendly, left great instructions and kept in contact before and during my stay. Had my own cute apartment and they have a nice refreshing little pool with a beautiful private garden yard. Judy gave me great suggestions of places to check out in the area and it was a very nice stay.

Great House/Pet Sitting Experience
Beautiful "secret garden" like setting close to the ocean. The accomodations were clean and private. Jay and Paula were easy going and gave good explanation of what they wanted and expected for the care of their adorable fur babies. They were quick to reply to any questions before and during the house sit. Very easy to work with and an enjoyable stay!
