What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and water Chilly. Vacuum and dust regularly. Water the house plants weekly. I enjoy a clean home and prefer someone who leaves no footprint. Enjoy the beauty and diversity of Oregon.

What are the good features of the property and location

It's located in a sweet community in the Pacific North West. It's a college town with lots of culture. diversity, restaurants and coffee shops. An hour from the ocean, mountains and high desert. Lots of trails for hiking and a lovely park with tennis courts nearby.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
