About this assignment

The person staying here must know about farm animals. I raised 90% of my food so it's important to have somebody cares about the environment.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Just keep an eye on them from time to time, pick up the eggs daily, add water and feed when needed and do a daily head count. Possibly need to shovel driveway or able to use tractor to snow blow driveway. There is no smoking or drinking or partying on my property.

What are the good features of the property and location

Safe comfortable secure location close to Burlington Champlain Islands Saint Albans Vermont. Free Wi-Fi excellent Neighbors quiet neighborhood. Bicycle friendly security lights exit living quarters quiet.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This takes about five minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. I would like to have
somebody in my house in case any issues arrived there on the property no pets allowed like I stated before no smoking or drinking or partying this is a one-person job not for friend's or family, I would also prefer no visitors.

Can I bring my own pets?
