Dog sit in beautiful village with all amenities

About this assignment

Someone who can take care of my home and my sweat-heart the dog, Teodor, while my work deploys me abroad. I need someone who can walk the dog two times a day (approximately 3o min/walk), as he doesn't pee etc. in the court-yard of the house.
I do not need daily updates. I trust those you decide to help me and Teodor.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walk the dog( feed him/and pet him when he wants), water plants if needed. Take care of the house as it was your own. You will have to stay here every night and allow him to follow you around/stay in the bedroom in his own 'bed'

What are the good features of the property and location

170 m2, two floors, old but completely updated house/home with all you need. And in the center of beautiful village (one star Michelin villages) with restaurants, bakeries, boucher, etc. And lovely walks along the river. Close to Salies-de-Bearn (8 km), the Pyrenees, Biarritz etc. There are two bedrooms, but a max of 3 people, preferable just two

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

One would need a car to get around - and it would be nice if you could arrive one day before, as i will be leaving early . '
If you want to come even earlier or stay later, the second large bedroom can be yours.
And I have myself been a house sitter several times, and hope to make your experience as the ones I have had
