About this assignment
An individual who is looking for a small coastal community to explore, while providing daily care for my 5 year old corgi Rosey. Someone who will care for my 3 story townhome as if it were their own.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feeding, walking and giving daily attention to my pet. Routine care of the townhome and contacting the proper service if anything needs attention.
What are the good features of the property and location
My end unit townhome is located in a planned community with swimming pool, club house, and pickleball courts. The waterside town of Beaufort has historic charm and very walkable. I am located on a man-made lake with water features. There are plenty of places to go for daily walks. We have beautiful sunrises and sunsets and April is cool, springlike and pretty.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
I will be many miles away, so individual(s) needs to be dependable and ready to handle the fact I will not be close for any issues that arise. The home has an elevator, but I typically use it for freight. So being able to take flights of stairs is a consideration.
Can I bring my own pets?

Relaxing sit!
Karen is a very considerate person who welcomed me into her home and was so thoughtful and accommodating. She left very clear instructions with any and all information I could possibly need! Stayed in contact and was easy to communicate with before and during my sit. Her home is stunning! Close to everything you need, walk to the dock or a short drive to the beach, adorable coastal vibe in the neighborhood. Rosey, who was in my care for five weeks, has such a distinct personality. She is simultaneously the best little snuggle nugget and a bit of a spitfire, she’s easy to care for, a couple walks a day keeps her happy…and any food or treats are always welcome!! Those tiny little legs walked right into my heart. Truly looking forward to coming back the next time Karen is out of town and I could use some relaxation by the water, with a little Corgi glitter thrown in for fun!
