About this assignment

Someone who loves dogs and wants to give mine lots of love whilst I’m away. Non-smokers only please. I rent my house so the sitter just needs to keep it clean and tidy and respect the neighbours. It’s a safe and quiet secure neighbourhood and everyone is friendly.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have 3 lovely dogs that need walking twice a day and lots of cuddles. Otherwise, I have a dog walker that comes in the middle of the day, and a cleaner that comes every other week and the house is a low maintenance townhouse, so just keep the place in good order and the dogs alive and happy!

What are the good features of the property and location

It’s a 3 bed, 3 bath town house in a marina, walking distance to bars, restaurants, a coffeehouse and a beach. It has 3 large balconies all with amazing views of the oceans, boats and hillside and enjoys a good ocean breeze. The community has a back up generator and central air conditioning.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It’s for 2 months and sitters will need to renew their BVI tourist visa after a month. They will also need to hire their own car if they want to explore the island. The dogs can be high energy so need at least 30 mins of walking twice a day, but otherwise they will be happy to sleep around the house.
