Condo and Dog Care in Bay Area for Christmas Vacation

My wife and I are looking for someone to walk our dog and keep her company. We are looking for someone responsible and mature, who will keep the place clean and safe.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walking Sage several times during the day, including at least one longer walk and feeding her twice a day. Keeping the house clean, watering the few house plants.

What are the good features of the property and location

It is a very quiet neighborhood, with a homeowners association, pool and jacuzzi. There are walking trails along the water, down to the marina, and through the tree groves. Excellent restaurants in Benicia, a few good ones in Vallejo.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This requires a commitment to spend time with our dog, walk her regularly, and not leave her for more than a couple hours at a time. She must always be on a leash, as she can be rambunctious on walks
she pulls, wants to chase cars, and responds to other dogs' aggressive energy (including small yapping dogs).

Can I bring my own pets?
