Few minutes from downtown Asheville!

About this assignment

Someone responsible who will take our dogs for 2-3 walks a day, give them food and take care of the house and not ruing it.
Ruby cannot say hi to other dogs since she is aggressive, but she loooooooves people.
Luca barks on anyone coming near the door lol, but once she trusts you - she will come for love :)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

take dogs for a walk 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
bring them food twice a day, morning and evening.
check mail and keep the house clean.
Luca gets a milk bone in every meal since she only eats when she is hungry.
Ruby eats like a vacuum cleaner and that's why she is fed from a slow feeding bowl which makes her slow down a bit :)
Also the dogs are only allowed to be in the living room and kitchen area, but not pass the 3 stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is beyond their territories and they know it. We also have a small fence we keep next to the steps to put it when we leave the place and leave them home so they won't go there accidently.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is located 1.5 miles from downtown Asheville. 0.75 miles from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods and just few minutes walk from a playground, tennis court, baseball and basketball courts, Donkin Donuts and other restaurants. Very very quiet!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The sitters needs to take care of the dogs. Sitters will need to be available over texts at least to give us an update if we ask for.
Please - if for any reason the AC screen goes blank - texts us immediately. If the kitchen sink is clogged or anything else acts funky - let us know before you take any action yourself.
Management can give us a hard time because of it.

Can I bring my own pets?
