Tropical beach location in Panama with 4 outside dogs

About this assignment

Looking for a dog lover who also loves tropical weather and a quiet secluded beach, is respectful of my home and clean enough to keep the tropical bugs at bay.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for 4 outside dogs who must be walked on the beach daily, occupying the home each night, overseeing the landscaper who works for a day every week or so, watering plants as needed.

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is new-ish (2021), very comfortable and just steps from the beach. It is fairly isolated and peaceful. The dogs stay outside and are easy to manage. A surfboard, paddleboard, boogie board and bicycle are waiting to be used.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This area has relatively few expats, so at least some Spanish is needed to shop and socialize. The fiber internet service is stable, average speeds are 80mbps down/55mbps up.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
