We have four dogs, 2 outside cats, 2 horses and chickens and ducks

What are the good features of the property and location

We are in the countryside. But 3 mikes from Holt and Farndon villages shops butchers chemist, pubs, post office. 12 miles from the centre of Chester

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We do have a large property but quite a few pets, non are demanding just the usual things, you do not have to take the dogs off our property to walk them, they can run our orchid. The horses should be out in the fields, so they will just need checking.
